This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Bo the Chow Studios LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of the Ball Knower mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

The App and all rights therein are owned by Bo the Chow Studios LLC. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest in the App. MLB statistics and player data are the property of Major League Baseball and its affiliates. The App's original content, design, algorithms, and scoring systems are the property of Bo the Chow Studios LLC.
Ball Knower is a fantasy baseball analytics application providing player statistics, streaming recommendations, and community rankings. The App uses publicly available MLB data and third-party statistical sources.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Free users have access to the player database, search, Statcast percentile rankings, batted ball profiles, and expected vs. actual stats.
Player statistics, streaming recommendations, and rankings are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Do not rely solely on this App for financial decisions related to fantasy sports or betting.
The App may integrate with third-party services including Apple (Sign In, StoreKit), Google (Sign In, Analytics, Ads), and Firebase (Crashlytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for third-party services.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings tab within the App. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BO THE CHOW STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This EULA is between you and Bo the Chow Studios LLC, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
